1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Skykam Drone Technical Inspections (“Skykam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Skykam provides drone survey services, including but not limited to aerial building inspections, roof surveys, thermal imaging surveys, land surveys and mapping, infrastructure inspections, environmental surveys, construction site monitoring, and agricultural surveys.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. You agree to provide us with all necessary information, access, and cooperation required to perform our services.
3.2. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or clearances for drone operations on the survey site.
3.3. You warrant that you have the legal right to authorize our drone operations on the survey site.
4. Our Responsibilities
4.1. We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. We will maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance required for drone operations.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All intellectual property rights in the deliverables (e.g., images, videos, 3D models, reports) shall be owned by Skykam until full payment is received.
5.2. Upon full payment, you will be granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.
6.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
7. Confidentiality
We will treat all non-public information obtained during the course of our services as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
8.1. You may cancel or reschedule a survey with at least 48 hours notice without penalty.
8.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
